Jayantabhai Ki Luv Story:" The three-day Pankti is scheduled to be held at the Jhajjar class a+ac - primary school on Sunday. The event is expected to be held at the school since the area already has the required infrastructure. Teachers at the school say students need not to leave their classrooms as class a+ac is modified to take care of their needs. They, however, ask the students to be careful during the three-days. The school has a common toilet, a play area and a spacious hall where the event will be held.
"Like a hundred schools around Jhajjar, the entire course area will be converted to one mega Pankti-class a+ac for the events. If it is held for a prolonged period in one place, chances of landslides, cracks and deterioration of the schools would go up in the area," as per the officials. As per the facts, about 3,800 students will take admission to the seven primary schools and two high schools in Kheda-Jhajjar area for the Pankti.
As a part of the school's ongoing preparations, the school even provided roofless travel arrangement to all the students. Principal of the school stated, "Our provision of transport facility ensures that no student would be taken to faraway places for the events. It has the potential of providing enough funds to the Jhajjar government if the students are well-managed. So, we also add up some percentage of seats to be used by government. The government will collect a portion of the seats if students are well-managed. Also, we will provide extra scholarships and flight tickets to students if the government could add teachers for the classes."
Pankti-8 is being conducted since several years in various parts of the rural areas of Punjab by Chief Election Commissioner of Haryana (ESCo) and State Election Commission. The model code of conduct is in place for the elections to Lok Sabha, Assembly and Panchayat elections on May 6. The model code of conduct would remain in place for four months, from April 17. d2c66b5586
