I have an iPhoto plus 4 and it takes one month of importing all of my photos before it actually finds some of them. However, I have a huge 4 terabyte library. I have not used iPhoto or Elements to this page with any photo from my photos.

I have a very large amount of photos and do not use iPhoto. I have relocated them from my hard drive to iCloud and have lost all of them that were associated with my account. I am unable to get them back. I have heard of this happening only after an iOS update to an iOS 7. How do I get them back?

I am using the import / organize assistant to import my images. It had to check my photos almost every hour (once it had started and was set to do so) for almost a month before it imported any photos to my library. When it finishes importing it will put a Tags icon in the upper right corner of the Organizer window so you can tag the photos as they finish. I have been doing this for about 6 months and it has not finished tagging any images.

If you use iPhoto and work with contact groups you'll need Cal's Cal Address Book to make contact info accessible in iPhoto. It's a free app that has some functionality in it, and rooting out all of my contacts to add the info took weeks. 7211a4ac4a
